Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept customized products, intimate or hygiene products, dangerous goods or flammable liquids or gases.
Returns.
Items that meet the above conditions can be applied for return. We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email support@jianksic.com and provide relevant proof.
If the package is lost or severely damaged due to our reasons and affects the use of the product, we will refund the full amount.
Refund only:
If the package is not delivered due to your fault (including but not limited to the wrong address you provided, the package was refused without contact, etc.), and we have contacted you multiple times without receiving a response, we can only refund the total price minus the shipping fee. The amount in addition to $5.99.
Multiple Order Returns
If you need to return products from two or more separate orders, you must initiate a separate return for each order and send them back separately, otherwise we will not be able to record all returns.

Refund (if applicable)
